I first saw Wendei around 13 years ago when my skin was going through some pretty horrible hormonal imbalances while I was trying to get pregnant with my first child. I had never had perfect skin, but to have acne show up in my 30s was distressing! A great friend of mine who loved Wendei’s waxing work sent me to her, and I have been a loyal client ever since. She makes you feel at ease the moment you meet her, not only because of her welcoming personality but because she is so knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. I drive from 30 miles away (and sometimes over an hour with traffic) for my regular appointments with Wendei. It’s worth every minute and more to have my skin under the care of someone who is not only an expert in her field but has a deep, genuine concern for making her clients feel pampered AND get them the results they desire. In my early 40s now, because I’ve seen Wendei regularly,  I can easily go without any foundation or makeup and feel confident. Over the years I’ve been in different financial situations where I thought I would have to stop getting treated, and I’ve learned that the way her treatments make me feel comfortable in my own skin are worth skipping other things if needed. She is a master clinician and a kind, thoughtful, wonderfully sensitive friend. I don’t let anyone or any products touch my face without her, and I will always cherish her skill and friendship.
